FSN Production ("FSN," "we," "us," or "our") is a private creative network based in Delhi NCR, India. FSN connects brands, agencies, clients, and other organizations with creative professionals and production resources, including photographers, videographers, models, actors, stylists, makeup artists, producers, editors, and other specialists.

Our role may include understanding project requirements, recommending suitable professionals, making introductions, and helping coordinate communication and production activities. FSN's network is curated around individual project requirements and is not intended to function as a publicly accessible directory of individual professionals.

2. Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

4. Crew Recommendations and Introductions

FSN may recommend or introduce creative professionals based on the requirements of a particular project.

​

While we make reasonable efforts to identify suitable professionals, FSN does not guarantee that:

• A particular professional will be available

• A professional will accept a project

• A professional will meet every expectation

• A project will achieve a particular creative or commercial outcome

• A professional's availability, pricing, schedule, or other terms will remain unchanged

Creative professionals remain responsible for the professional services they provide. Depending on the project, FSN may assist with communication, scheduling, coordination, and other production-related activities. Our website describes this as part of the FSN process from brief through crew coordination.

5. Relationship With Creative Professionals

​

FSN works with independent creative professionals and production resources. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, FSN does not represent that every professional in the network is an employee or agent of FSN. A creative professional may operate as an independent contractor, freelancer, business, or other independent service provider.

Any agreement concerning the professional services, fees, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, cancellations, revisions, expenses, or other project-specific matters should be confirmed between the relevant parties in writing.

6. Project Fees and Payments

​

Project fees, professional fees, production costs, equipment charges, location charges, travel expenses, editing fees, usage fees, and other costs may vary depending on the requirements of each project.

​

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices or estimates provided by FSN are subject to confirmation. A project is not considered fully confirmed solely because an enquiry has been submitted. Where a booking or project requires an advance payment, deposit, booking fee, production payment, or other payment, the applicable payment terms will be communicated separately.

Additional costs may arise where project requirements change after confirmation, including changes to:

• Scope of work

• Number of professionals required

• Shooting or production days

• Location

• Equipment

• Travel

• Deliverables

• Editing or post-production

• Timelines

• Usage rights

• Revisions

Any applicable additional charges should be communicated before they are incurred where reasonably possible.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

Project-specific cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the professionals involved, production requirements, bookings, deposits, locations, equipment, and other committed costs.

Where a cancellation or rescheduling policy applies to a particular project, that policy will take precedence for that project. FSN may not be able to recover deposits, booking fees, non-refundable expenses, or amounts already committed to third-party professionals or suppliers.

​

Clients should communicate cancellation or rescheduling requests as early as possible.

​

8. Creative Work and Deliverables

​

The scope, deliverables, formats, timelines, revisions, and usage rights for a project should be agreed separately for each engagement. Unless expressly agreed in writing, FSN does not guarantee that a project includes unlimited revisions, source files, raw footage, editable files, exclusive rights, or unrestricted commercial usage.

Usage rights may depend on the applicable agreement with the photographer, videographer, creator, talent, stylist, production partner, or other rights holder. Additional licensing or usage fees may apply depending on how, where, and for how long the final work is used.

9. Intellectual Property

​

All content appearing on the FSN website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, layouts, designs, and other materials, is owned by FSN Production or used with appropriate permission or licensing unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, transmit, or commercially exploit FSN website content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FSN's trademarks, branding, website content, or other intellectual property to you.

10. Portfolio and Client Work

​

FSN may display selected work on its website, social media, marketing materials, portfolio, or other promotional channels where FSN has the necessary rights or permission to do so. Client projects, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, names, and other materials may remain subject to separate agreements and usage restrictions.

Where a project contains confidential or restricted material, FSN will respect applicable contractual restrictions. Clients should clearly communicate any confidentiality, embargo, or publication restrictions before providing materials or commissioning work.

11. User-Submitted Information and Materials

​

When you submit information, files, images, portfolio links, project briefs, or other materials to FSN, you represent that:

• You have the right to provide the material

• The material does not knowingly violate applicable law

• Providing the material does not knowingly infringe another person's rights

• The material is relevant to your interaction with FSN

You remain responsible for the materials you submit. FSN may decline to publish, use, or process material that we believe is unlawful, inappropriate, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to our services.

12. Creative Network Applications

​

Creative professionals may apply to join the FSN Network. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the network or guarantee future work. FSN may review professional information, portfolios, experience, skills, availability, and other relevant details when considering applicants.

​

FSN may decide whether to accept, decline, suspend, or remove a professional from the network based on project requirements, network standards, availability, conduct, or other legitimate business considerations. Being part of the FSN Network does not guarantee a minimum number of projects, income, bookings, or referrals.

13. Third-Party Services and Professionals

​

FSN may work with third-party professionals, suppliers, studios, locations, equipment providers, platforms, and other service providers. These third parties may have their own terms, agreements, policies, prices, cancellation requirements, and operating conditions. You may be required to agree directly with a third party before a service or booking is confirmed.

FSN is not responsible for policies or terms imposed by third parties. Where appropriate, FSN may assist with communication and coordination but does not automatically assume responsibility for every act, omission, delay, failure, or dispute involving an independent third party.

14. Website Availability

​

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, internet disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
